We build every site from scratch: it loads instantly, ranks higher, looks like nobody else's, and the code is 100% yours on final payment.

SiteCare covers hosting, your SSL certificate, daily automated backups, software and security updates, uptime monitoring, malware scanning, and fixing anything that breaks on our side. It costs £39 a month from launch and runs month to month. You can cancel with one month's written notice.

Live within five working days of us having your content and sign-off. The timeline depends on you: we ask for content and approvals within 5 business days of each request, and the quicker your copy, photos and branding arrive, the quicker you go live. Enterprise projects are scoped individually.

Yes. The design, graphics and written content we create for you transfer to you on receipt and clearance of your final build payment, and you can take them anywhere. Pre-existing frameworks and libraries stay ours, and you get a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your site. Third-party assets keep their own licences. We are not interested in locking you in.

Your build includes 2 rounds of comprehensive revisions, given as one consolidated set of feedback inside a 10 business-day review window after we send your staging link. Changes after that are charged at £75 an hour, always agreed upfront, no surprises.

Essential is up to 3 pages on our template for businesses that need a sharp online presence fast. Growth is up to 7 pages with local SEO and online booking included. Authority is up to 12 pages with your own branding, a CMS you can edit, on-page SEO and booking included. Enterprise is a fully bespoke build with semantic SEO, CRM lead routing, e-commerce or custom applications, scoped and priced with a Director.

The build fee is split 50/50: 50% before work starts and the remaining 50% on delivery.

If your site is down or there is a security incident, we respond within 2 business hours. For everything else, within 1 business day. We work Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, and critical security patches go on within 48 hours. Those are response times, not repair times, and we say so deliberately, because how fast a fix takes depends on what broke. We do not publish an uptime percentage. Most agencies quote 99.9%, but uptime comes from the hosting platform rather than from us, so it would be a number we have no way of keeping and the first outage would make a liar of it. We would rather commit to something we control, which is how fast a human gets back to you. Enterprise builds can carry a custom service level agreement.

Most clients send their own, and we handle the rest: cropping, compressing, converting and generating the sizes a fast site needs. If you have nothing to send, we can source curated licensed stock or arrange a photographer, both quoted up front. And if you would rather do neither for now, the build still goes ahead on tasteful placeholder imagery matched to your design, and you can swap in real photography whenever you are ready. Waiting on photos is the single most common reason a website sits unfinished for months, and we would rather your site was live.

Yes, and we will tell you exactly what we mean by that. Every site we build launches at a Lighthouse performance score of 95 or better, measured on the day we hand it over. What we cannot do is guarantee that number forever, because once the site is yours you control what goes on it: a page of unoptimised photos or a third-party tracking script will pull any site down, ours included. Anyone promising you a permanent score is either not measuring it or not telling you that. If speed matters to your business, our Enterprise builds carry real-world Core Web Vitals targets (LCP under 2.5s, INP under 200ms, CLS under 0.1, measured across actual visitors) as part of a support agreement.
